Le VPN x402 passes — x402.le-vpn.com

Introduction

VTNV Solutions Limited dba LE VPN ("LE VPN", "we", "us", "our") provides the website x402.le-vpn.com and the account-less VPN pass service available through it (the "Service"). The Service sells fixed-duration WireGuard® VPN passes paid for with the USDC stablecoin over the x402 payment protocol. There is no registration, no account, and no subscription: one payment buys one pass for one server for a fixed period.

These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (together, the "Terms") apply when you purchase or use a pass. By paying for a pass — from a wallet you operate yourself or through automated software acting on your behalf — you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not purchase or use a pass.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version at this address. Changes do not affect passes already paid for. The Service is separate from Le VPN's subscription VPN service, which has its own terms.

I — Privacy Policy

1. What we collect — and what we do not

The Service has no accounts. We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or any registration data, because none exist. What the Service processes:

2. How we use it

We use the above data only to deliver what you paid for (issue, honour, and expire passes), to reconcile payments against the public ledger, to keep the Service reliable, and to handle fraud and abuse. We do not build profiles, we do not use your data for marketing, and we have no email addresses to market to.

3. Disclosure

We never sell personal information. We may disclose the limited data we hold: if required to comply with a legal obligation binding on us; to enforce these Terms or protect the rights, property, or safety of LE VPN, our users, or others; or as part of a transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.

4. Retention

Connection metadata is retained for a limited period and then deleted. The payment ledger (wallet address, transaction hash, pass metadata) is retained as necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Expired passes' credentials are removed from servers automatically at expiry.

5. Contact

Privacy questions: dpo@le-vpn.com. General support: support@le-vpn.com — include your receipt token and pass ID; they are the only way we can identify your purchase.

II — Terms of Service

1. Your status

By purchasing a pass you confirm that: you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; if software purchases a pass on your behalf, you are responsible for that software's actions as your own; your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including applicable sanctions and export-control rules; and you are not purchasing on behalf of any person or entity prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

2. The product

A pass entitles you to one WireGuard credential on one server for the fixed duration shown at purchase. The duration runs from payment settlement, not from first use. One pass = one server = one device: a pass is for your own use, supports one concurrent tunnel, and may not be resold, rented, shared, or transferred. Prices are shown on the storefront and in the machine-readable catalog; we may change prices at any time, but changes never affect passes already paid for. We may decline to sell — the Service refuses purchases for servers that are full or unhealthy before payment is taken.

Your configuration, including any private key we generate for you, is delivered once at purchase. You are responsible for saving it and keeping it confidential. We cannot re-send private keys (we do not have them); the receipt token lets you re-retrieve the non-secret pass details until expiry.

We do not guarantee that any external service (streaming, gaming, or other third-party platforms) will function through the Service.

3. Payment

Payment is in USDC over the x402 protocol on the networks offered at checkout. The payment is authorized by your wallet's cryptographic signature; we never receive your private keys. On-chain settlement is executed by a third-party facilitator; blockchain fees, if any, and the operation of your own wallet are your responsibility. A payment is complete when the transaction settles on-chain.

4. Refunds

Passes are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments have no chargeback or reversal mechanism, durations are short, and delivery is immediate — so all sales are final, with one exception: if your payment settles but a server failure prevents us from delivering or honouring the pass, contact support@le-vpn.com with your receipt token, and we will, at your choice, re-issue the pass on another server or manually refund the USDC to the wallet address that paid. Revocation for breach of these Terms is not refunded.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not use it:

If we receive a substantiated complaint of abuse (for example a copyright-infringement notice) attributable to a pass, we may restrict or revoke that pass without refund. Because buyers are anonymous, we cannot warn you first. In case of criminal abuse we will cooperate with law enforcement to the extent we are legally required to, within the limits of what we actually hold (see Privacy Policy).

6. Breach

Failure to comply with these Terms is a material breach and may result in, at our sole discretion and without notice: immediate revocation of the pass without refund; blocking, filtering, or restricting activity we consider a violation or a liability risk; investigation and legal action, including recovery of costs on an indemnity basis; and disclosure to law enforcement authorities where we reasonably consider it necessary. We may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

7. Software and intellectual property

The Service is used with the third-party open-source WireGuard software, which we do not distribute and which is governed by its own licences; "WireGuard" is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. All intellectual property rights in the Service and this site are owned by or licensed to us and are reserved; nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its quality, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We expressly exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.

9. Duties and liability

You are responsible, and hold LE VPN harmless, for any action taken while using the Service, including actions of automated software purchasing or operating on your behalf, and for any third-party complaint arising from your use. To the extent permitted by law, LE VPN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the Service, including without limitation loss of income, business, profits, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or management time, however arising, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Jurisdiction and governing law

VTNV Solutions Limited is a limited company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Tower 5, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to the Service.

11. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, or arrangements relating to it.
